The Oliver Townend Eventers Challenge Championship 2008
Welcome

Last year saw the launch of The Oliver Townend Eventers Challenge Championship. It was a huge success with thousands of competitors participating at 15 venues.

So this year we are making it even bigger and more accessible with over 20 venues and some fantastic new jumps, built by Jump4Joy.

We are also happy to announce a whole list of new media sponsors as well as our initial one, Horse + Pony. Redpin publishing is one of our new media sponsors. Its titles include All Horse, Welsh Rider, Equestrian Plus, South East Rider, East Anglia Rider and Ridgeway Rider. They will all be covering the events and so too will another media partner, Eventing Worldwide.

There is really only one significant change from last year which is that riders can only enter classes in their age group; thus age restricted riders can not enter open classes.

We all wish you every success in the forthcoming series.

Classes

There are still four different heights each with two classes – thus eight classes in total. They are:
Class A12'3"13 and under
Class A22'3"Open to 14 and above
Class B12'6"15 and under
Class B22'6" – 2'9"Open to 16 and above
